I have taught, advised and managed people for more than 30 years. I have supported adults and
adolescents from different cultures in German and French, and often in English and Spanish.
In my professional career, I have been in a leadership role for more than 20 years and I also work in a
30% capacity as a specialist teacher and coach.
My main experience is in the following areas:

Professional training (EFZ/EBA), professional development (subject qualifications, courses), adult
education, leadership, assisted living , work integration, career coaching, working with refugees,
themes of migration, communication, language examination.
Projects: developed a federal diploma in the field of Migration, co-founder and co-president of
Society migrationplus, produced a film opposing forced marriage, co-founder of the Kubasoy
Havana dance school.
Have lived for extended periods in USA, Spain and Cuba
